DAYS 1–14 OF YOUR CYCLE
Day 1 of your cycle is the first day of your period. and the two weeks following is the follicular phase. This is the estrogen-dominant phase of your cycle. Take 1 Tablespoon of Raw Organic Pumpkin Seed, and 1 Tablespoon of Raw Organic Flax Seed. These seeds are both rich in omega 3 fatty acids, lignans and zinc.
DAYS 15–28 OF YOUR CYCLE
Day 15 is the ovulation phase of your cycle where your body shifts to progesterone production, or the luteal phase. Take 1 Tablespoon of Raw Organic Sunflower Seed, and 1 Tablespoon of Raw Organic Sesame Seed.
