Moon Milk Holiday Sauce- 3 Ways
Blood sugar spikes, stress, and the same old cranberry sauces? Not this year! Try adding moon milk adaptogen blends to your cranberry sauces for a little more balance and spice.
Cran-blueberry sauce
INGREDIENTS:
- 1- 12 oz bag of cranberries
- 2 C frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 1/2 C Water
- 1 tsp Cinnamon blend (w/cloves, ginger, & nutmeg)
- 1 tbsp Moon Milk Cherry Beetroot
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix all in large pot, heat on high to a rolling (& foaming) boil for about 10 minutes, stirring often.
- Reduce heat to a simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Cool for an hour. It will thicken more as it cools.
- Jar or bag. Store in fridge for a week or keep in freezer for future use.
- NOTE: Be sure to wash & sort through berries well. Discard of any bad berries.
Cran-Apple sauce
INGREDIENTS:

- 1 C Sugar
- 3/4 C Apple Cider
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon spice blend
- 1 tsp Moon Milk Golden Turmeric

- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon spice blend
- 2 tsp Moon Milk Golden Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
