1 Apple; peel and core
- ½ Cup Organic vanilla Greek yogurt or 1 TBSP vanilla protein powder
- ½ Cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 TBSP honey or maple syrup
- 2 TBSP pumpkin/flax blend
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp coconut oil
