Blackberry Oatmeal

Seed Blend: Pumpkin and Flax

Follicular phase foods include high protein for giving muscle building blocks and high-fat foods along with good sources of folate, vitamin B12 and vitamin E to nourish the follicle. 


  • 3/4 cup Organic Rolled or Steel Cut Oats (cooked) or Gluten-free Cereal
  • 1 TBSP Pumpkin/Flax blend
  • 1 Cup cashew milk
  • 1 Cup fresh blackberries (can substitute dried cherries)
  • 1 TBSP honey or maple syrup
