INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4 cup Organic Rolled or Steel Cut Oats (cooked) or Gluten-free Cereal
- 1 TBSP Pumpkin/Flax blend
- 1 Cup cashew milk
- 1 Cup fresh blackberries (can substitute dried cherries)
- 1 TBSP honey or maple syrup
