Seed Blend: Pumpkin and Flax

Follicular phase foods include high protein for giving muscle building blocks and high-fat foods along with good sources of folate, vitamin B12 and vitamin E to nourish the follicle. 


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Organic Blueberries

  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 TBSP Hemp Seed
  • 2 Pieces Kale with stem removed
  • 1 TBSP honey
  • 2 TBSP pumpkin/flax seed blend
  • 2 Cups water
