Cherry Beet Chia Pudding (Phase 1)

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 Cup Chia Seeds

3-4 Cups Coconut, Oat, or Almond Milk

12 TBSP Phase 1 Seed Blend

1 TBSP Moon Cycle Cherry Beet Moon Milk

1/4 tsp Pink Salt

2 TBSP Maple Syrup
-
1 Medium Sliced Banana
-
1/4 Cup TogaNola Granola
-
1 TBSP Cacao Nibs
INSTRUCTIONS:

In a lidded 1 quart mason jar, add the chia seeds and milk. Give it a shake and let it chill in the fridge. After 6 hours stir well and place back in the fridge for another 6 hours.

Remove from fridge and add Moon Milk, Phase 1 Seeds, salt, and maple syrup. Mix until well incorporated.

Pour into a 9x9 baking dish with a lid.

Layer the sliced bananas in a single layer, and top with cacao nibs.

Portion out in a 1/4-1/2 Cup serving and ENJOY!

Tip- Add your granola just before serving to give it a crunch!

Makes 6 Servings. Please store in the fridge. This recipe will last for ~5-6 days.
