Coconut Ginger Smoothie

Brighten your cycle with this smoothie recipe! Best during ovulation and your luteal phase with Moon Cycle Seed Company's Phase 2 Sesame Sunflower Seed Cycle Blend.


  • ¼ Cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 TBSP grated ginger (Tip: freeze ginger root to grate easily).
  • 2 Cups coconut milk
  • 1 Cup baby spinach
  • 2 TBSP Sesame/Sunflower seed blend
  • 1/2 TBSP Moon Cycle's Golden Milk adaptogen blend
  • 1 TBSP honey


Blend on high until desired consistency is achieved. Enjoy!
