INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup organic canned pumpkin

  • 2 Cups coconut milk
  • 1 Cup steamed cauliflower
  • 1 Scoop high-quality collagen protein powder
  • 1 TBSP MCT oil
  • 2 TBSP sesame/sunflower seed blend
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ inch piece of ginger root or ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
