Aside from seed cycling to get those reproductive hormones back on track, you want to include sources of probiotics and fiber in the diet regularly. Try this yummy recipe with your Phase 1 Seeds to get all 3 in one meal! 


  • 2 slices of sourdough toast (sub GF option)
  • 1/4 Cup cocojune organic yogurt
  • 2 TBSP phase 1 seeds
  • 1 ripe peach sliced, cinnamon


  • Toast your bread until golden brown.
  • Spread half the yogurt on each slice.
  • Layer on peach wedges.
  • Sprinkle your Phase 1 seeds on each piece.
  • Top with cinnamon. 
  • Enjoy!
