  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, combine the toasted pumpkin seeds, garlic, basil, and Parmesan cheese. Pulse until a coarse paste forms.
