- 3-5 oz. prepared wild caught salmon
- 1 small sweet potato baked or steamed
- 1 TBSP Ghee
- 2 TBSP sesame/sunflower seed blend
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Season to taste
- ½ Cup roasted brussels
- 1 tsp olive oil drizzle
