Sesame Ginger Seed Bites
Seed Blend: Sesame and Sunflower
Our original seed square recipe for you to D.I.Y. packed with luteal phase foods. Vegan and gluten free!
- 1/2 C chopped dates
- 1/4 C pecan meal
- 1/4 C shredded coconut
- 1 full Moon Cycle sesame sunflower seed blend
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp water
- Pinch of salt
Pulse dates into a paste, scrape down the edge of the food processor and add all the other ingredients. Pulse until combined.
Roll into 14 bites and light coat in extra shredded coconut
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy 1 a day.
