Sesame Ginger Seed Bites

Seed Blend: Sesame and Sunflower

Our original seed square recipe for you to D.I.Y. packed with luteal phase foods. Vegan and gluten free!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 C chopped dates
  • 1/4 C pecan meal
  • 1/4 C shredded coconut
  • 1 full Moon Cycle sesame sunflower seed blend
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp water
  • Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pulse dates into a paste, scrape down the edge of the food processor and add all the other ingredients. Pulse until combined.

  2. Roll into 14 bites and light coat in extra shredded coconut 

  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy 1 a day.
