Tropical Smoothie Bowl
Seed Blend: Sesame and Sunflower
Smoothie bowls are a fun and easy way to pack in your nutrients and seed cycling into one! They are so versatile, and you can play around with different smoothie bases and toppings based on what cycle phase you are in.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 C frozen mango
- 1 C spinach
- 2 tbsp Moon Cycle sesame sunflower seed blend
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 C shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 C granola
INSTRUCTIONS:

Add banana, mango, spinach, and Phase 2 Sesame Sunflower Blend into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour into your favorite bowl and top with coconut, chia seeds, granola, or any other toppings you prefer!
